My focus is on helping you meet your fat loss and body sculpting goals by meeting you at your fitness level and progressing step by step. I love teaching beginners! I have functional training education from National Personal Training Institute and am NASM Certified in training, weight loss and fitness nutrition. I train both private and partner sessions in my small boutique studio space. These programs include a comprehensive weight training, cardio and nutrition plan. I teach basic weight lifting techniques along with functional body weight exercise. Each client gets personalized attention and accountability coaching on fitness and nutrition.
