About:
I am certified with NASM for cpt, and also for PES. PES is performance enhancement for athletes.
I am also going to take another certification for nutrition as well, which will enable me to use some great software with you as soon as I pass the test.
I also have a black belt in karate since 1989. And I was on a CIF championship wrestling team when I was varsity. I still play in adult sports leagues with my friends for basketball, indoor soccer, and softball.
I have been practicing yoga since about 1996
I was also certified by 24 hour fitness/APEX for supplements and nutrition and exercise.
