Jon McQueen has been Personal Training professionally since 2006, and has serviced 100's of clients and 1,000's of sessions, helping people reach their fitness goals. Jon earned his BS degree in Kinesiology (emphasis in Fitness, Nutrition, and Health), and has also received accredited certifications: NSCA-CSCS, NASM-CPT, NASM-PES, NASM-CES.
