About:
I am going to provide weight loss, muscle building, strength training, sports conditioning, and cross fitness. I have coached track and field and have been a long time athlete myself. I have a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Wheeling Jesuit University and am currently working on my Masters degree in counseling and then returning to complete my MS in nursing and nutrition.
