About:
We have two locations on the Main Line and provide in-home services. Our studios are equipped with the newest Functional Training Equipment, but no frills. Clients can choose hr long, total workouts (including warm up, cardio, strength and stretch), 1/2hr strength workouts, coaching sessions for accountability, 'away from home' video workouts and nutritional counseling for weight management. All trainers have degrees and are nationally certified. We have been in business since 1996. References provided upon request. We have both male and female trainers.
