Motivated and achievement-oriented individual who has successfully started my own business as a Personal Fitness Trainer and Nutrition and Wellness Consultant. I became certified in February 2010 and opened Keep-It-Movin Fitness in May 2010. I currently train clients in their homes with my own equipment to achieve maximum results. Possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills and the ability to interpret and define client needs through interviewing and information gathering process.
Develop and present personalized training agendas and motivate clientele to achieve goals, giving clear and concise explanations for relevant work out sessions. Create complete and individualized programs based on time and resources available which include weight goals, diet specifications and menus, exercise and physical training and lifestyle changes.
