About:
As a representative of fitness, I feel that it is my duty to train, motivate, and inform the general public on the importance of health and fitness. Currently studying for my BS in Kinesiology at UIC. I've been a Certified Fitness Trainer for almost 3yrs and has over 8yrs experience of physical training while serving in the US Marine Corps. Has experience in functional training with older adults, nutrition, and weight management. Also has experience in strength and conditioning and Sports Performance with the TRX, the TWIST CONDITIONING smart gear, and the KORflex. I work with older adults, clients with physical ailments, post-rehab clients, chronic pain sufferers, and others with multiple health challenges. I am currently certified though ISSA as a Certified Fitness Trainer. I'm also certified through DSW Fitness, in Physical Activity for Older Adults.Special needs client? I'll also provide you with a unique personal training studio to alleviate the worries of others seeing you at one of the most vulnerable stages of your adult life.
