I own back2basics which services clients by designing programs for personal training, sports specific training, pre and post rehab, weight loss, special medical conditions, and special Olympics.
I have coached football, basketball. soccer, and softball.
Included in my 17 years in the health & wellness, is 12 years in the physical therapy field, 2 years as a student athletic trainer. included in my clientele are autistic and special Olympic athletes.
